Welcome to Onion Tales!
Onion Tales is a Canadian site containing a variety of recipes from family
and friends that I have collected over a number of years. Many are
recipes that were developed for a collection of Mini Cookbooks that were
published by Abraxis Publications back in the 90's called "Dragon Eddy's
Itty Bitty Cookbook Collection. They were a great set of little cookbooks
that made awesome stocking stuffers or great little "stick in a card" gifts.
Originally they sold for just $5.00US and each one had 20 tried and true
recipes in it along with some cool clip art and quotes. Dragon
Eddy Cookbooks were discontinued in 1999 but the recipes live on in Onion
Tales.
This was Dragon Eddy our cookbook mascot. His line was quite a hit way
back when. There are some great recipes here. I hope you will take the time
to peruse them and that you will find something you like to take away with
you. New recipes are added on a semi-regular basis and can
be found in the NEWLY Added section.
